Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 10-day Return Policy, allowing you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@cereskozmetik.uk with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Kindly provide clear photographic or video evidence when reporting an issue, so that we can promptly assess and resolve the matter.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed for dispatch.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened, used, or damaged items (beyond the return period stated above).
Products not purchased directly through our official website or authorised retailers.
Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events, unless they are proven to be defective.
